What facilities do rooms have?

All rooms are en-suite with tea & coffee making facilities & colour television. Hairdryers, irons, extra pillows & extra bedding are available on request.


Is breakfast included?

A continental breakfast can be brought to your room for an extra £3.00. This includes a croissant with butter & jam, a bowl of cereal & milk, a glass of orange juice plus extra tea & coffee.


Is there a curfew?

Guests are given a key fob for 24-hour access to the hotel so they are free to come & go as they please. We require a £20 deposit for the key which is refunded when you check out.


Do you have a car park?

There are plenty of car parks nearby - please see the detailed map in the ‘Location’ section of the website.


What time is check in & check out?

Check in is anytime from 1.30pm until 1.30am. Check out is by 11.00am the following day. Luggage can be stored in a safe place if you need to check in earlier or after you check out.


How do I book a room?

Please call 0161 228 1492 between 8am and 8pm. We will need your name, approximate time of arrival & a contact telephone number.


How far in advance can I book?

You can make bookings up to a year in advance.


How do I pay for a room?

We do not accept any credit or debit cards. Guests pay for their rooms in UK Sterling on arrival.


What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or change your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.
